The Naval Warfare Information Systems Command 8(a) Incubator contract covers the entire spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions (equipment and services) associated with the full system lifecycle support. This includes research, development, test, evaluation, maintenance, production, and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities.

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) J-6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0 Contractors shall provide the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems, across the DLA IT Enterprise. Support will be provided for information technology solutions, technical support, maintenance and sustainment; operations support; application development, maintenance and technical support; and lifecycle management. Additionally, the acquisition also supports administrative program management support for IT program offices and DLA Information Operations (J6) Office. While JETS will primarily support DLA IT services requirements, the resultant contracts will also allow for de-centralized ordering by other DoD agencies.
The C5ISC Engineering Development, Integration, and Support Services (CEDISS) contract vehicle provides a range of technical services to support the design, development, integration, testing, prototyping, modification, and upgrade of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems for the United States Coast Guard. Services include system requirements analysis, design and implementation of command and control systems, information security documentation, integrated logistics support, training, field engineering, and system lifecycle support. The contract supports the Coast Guard’s ongoing modernization efforts for its information technology systems and C5ISR capabilities.
GSA Schedule (also referred to as Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and Federal Supply Schedule) is a long-term governmentwide contract with commercial firms providing federal, state, and local government buyers access to more than 11 million commercial supplies (products) and services at volume discount pricing.
